Apple Cupcake


  • 1 Cup Flour (All purpose)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 75 ml Vegetable oil
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg


  1. In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and mix it.
  2. In a different bowl combine the egg, vegetable oil and whisk it.
  3. Combine the liquid and dry ingredients and mix.
  4. Add the apple and apple sauce and gently fold it into the batter.
  5. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven of 170 Celsius for about 20 minutes
