4 Simple & Quick Salad In A Jar Recipes

Why make salad in a bowl if you can make it in a jar? It doesn’t only look pretty but it’s also super practical.  I love this way of making salads because it makes it so much easier to bring your salads along. Refrigerated these salads stay good for up to 4 days. When you are ready to eat it, pour it out on a plate, or eat it out of the jar! When making salad in a jar, always start with the dressing. This will prevent the salad from becoming soggy. Then proceed with the veggie containing the most amount of water. Then add your carbs, protein and finish with the leafy greens.
